Description
Frances Gabe's Self-Cleaning House was patented on January 31, 1984 as a Self-Cleaning Building Construction. Included in the patent was more than 60 separate inventions including this one for a "clothes-freshner" closet.
According to Gabe: "One hangs the soiled clothing in the closet, presses a button, and in approximately an hour the clothes are washed, dried, and ready for wearing again."
