Description
Nancy Perkins was an industrial designer and worked for Sears, Roebuck and Company for many years. When Sears wanted to redesign their canister vacuum cleaner, Nancy was instrumental in influencing the redesign to make it more comfortable and lighter to handle by the people most likely to use it, women.
