Description
Dormitzer's patent "is an improvement on the window-cleaning chair for which Letters Patent No. 200,441 were granted" to her February 19, 1878. Her alterations rendered "the window-cleaning chair lighter and more portable, to simplify its adjustment, and to render it stronger and more reliable and complete." (Patent Number 206,926)
