Stone assigned his rights to himself, William Scurlock and Nelson W. Graham, of the same place. His patent "has for its object to furnish an improved pipe-wrench, simple in construction, convenient in use, and effective in operation, being readily adjusted to various-sized pipes, and holding the pipe firmly..." (Patent Number133,902)
