Description
Meyer assigned his rights to Alden Sampson of Machester, Maine. His design patent for a floor oil-cloth is ornamental in nature. Meyers states that, "The colors and the arrangement of them may in the use of this design, be the same as shown in said pattern, or varied to suit the views or fancy of the user..." (Patent Number D1,174)
