Description
Dickey's patent was for "a new and useful Apparatus for Drying Clothes, Glue and other Articles, called a 'Portable Revolving Frame'..." He suggested "covering this frame with a net for the purpose of drying glue, soap, etc. Also to cover it with cloth for the purpose of drying fruit, seeds, grain, etc." (Patent Number 8,139)
