Description
Laederich's patent consists of "certain modifications in the arrangements" of a patent he received on November 10, 1863 for "remontoir" or "keyless" watches. The modification of his "improved remontoir arrangement consists in having the parts for the winding up of the watch situated on one side of the pillar plate a, and those for the setting of the hands on the opposite side of this plate." (Patent Number 47,370)
