Description
Pacaud's patent "has for its object to improve the construction and operation of the devices used for connecting and disconnecting the hand-setting mechanism of stem-winding watches. To this end, the invention consists in the combination of a curved spring-lever having a pointed shoulder with the Breguet ratchet, and with a pivoted angle-lever having a beveled point adapted to engage with the sides of the shoulder of the spring-lever..."
