Description
Ogdin's patent "consists of a device constructed, arranged, and applied to a can, substantially as described hereafter, so that, when the vessel is not in use, the contents cannot escape, and when the fluid is drawn off there is no necessity for removing the stopper of the vessel, which is thus especially useful for containing ignitable fluids." (Patent Number 77,755)
