Description
Essex's patent improves "the ordinary nasal plugs which are now in use, and to render them more practically applicable than the rigid hollow cones or plugs. The invention consists in applying to such rigid plugs an elastic covering which makes them in part flexible, and adaptable to different sized and shaped nostrils, and which, at the same time, retains the advantages of rigidity and durability."
