Description
Smyser's patent "relates to that class of spice-boxes having detachable lids and detachable perforated partitions or disks..." The "improvement consists in providing the said partition with a flange, which bears against the side of the box, and holds the partition in its place without preventing its ready removal." (Patent Number 91,782)
