Description
Mrs. Mullin's patent "consists in the employment of a semicircular rack, designed to hold sugar, cream, salt, and all kinds of seasonings, and to which is attached an alarm-bell..." For restaurant use, the rack is "placed before each individual seated at the table, thereby doing away with the trouble of waiting for a waiter." (Patent Number 94,233)
