Sunderland's invention "relates to certain improvements in heaters for cheese-vats; and consists in cheese-vats having a heating apparatus, the heat from which is conveyed through pipes, provided with regulating-valves, to the milk-pans or heating box, and the condensed steam returned to the heater..."
