"The gist of this invention is removable chess and checker men suspended on a vertical board by means of hooks or pins, and stored on outwardly-projecting spindles when not required on the board; and the object of the invention is to provide a suitable board and an arrangement of men, either checkers or chess, so that games may be played on vertical walls for exhibition in club-rooms, halls, and other places."
