Description
Van Kleek's invention "is based upon the discovery that by blindfolding a runaway or fractious horse the animal will be at once reduced to submission; and the object of said invention is to provide an efficient apparatus for the purpose indicated, which will be ready for instantaneous use in case of emergency, and which can be operated by the driver readily and quickly, however inexperienced said driver may be."
