Description
French porcelain pitcher. Part of a large dinner service made in France by Haviland and decorated in New York by E.V. Haughwaut, 1857. This service was designed and purchased by Samuel Francis Du Pont for use aboard the U.S.S. Minnesota on his voyage to the Orient.
