Description
Ferris and Garrett stated that “The nature of our invention consists in providing a third apartment or box composed entirely of tin, zinc or some other suitable metallic substance in addition to the two commonly used and so arranging the ice box that the cold air will settle to the bottom of the refrigerator, passing between this inner box and the middle lined box, displacing the warmer air, driving it out through the tubes on the other side.
