Description
DuPont Advertising Artwork: One in a series of thirteen hunting dog paintings depicting National Field Trial Championship Winners from 1896-1910. Used to promote DuPont gunpowder for hunting, they were reproduced on envelope covers, calendars, postcards and lithographs for customers.

A postcard set including all thirteen and titled "The Champions Series" was produced in 1916. "Joe Cumming" was also depicted on the 1908 and 1936 DuPont calendars.
