Description
Ziegler assigned his rights to Dora Hagedorn, of New Brighton, New York. His improved patent "is made with reference to combining the foot, side, top, and toe brushes in a removable frame, that is held in a bed-plate or receptacle, into which the dust and dirt are received, and this receptacle is part of a plate upon which a person stands while brushing the boots or shoes." (Patent Number 210,072)
