Frink and Frink's patent "relates to devices for excluding cold or drafts of air from dwelling-rooms; and it consists in the construction and arrangement of an improved so-called 'weather-strip,' made in two parts, one fitting into the other when the door or shutter to which our improvement is applied is closed,..."
