Description
Sisson's patent "relates to a new and improved folding-reel for drying clothes, &c.,... It is designed more particularly for the use of parties having a small amount of yard room in which to stretch their lines, and is so arranged that its arms may be clothed together, thus making it occupy a comparatively small space when not in use." (Patent number 68,317)
