Description
Hill's invention "relates to an improvement in trundling-hoops for children, the object being to combine with the hoop a device which, when the hoop is trundled, will produce a jingling sound; and it consists in the arrangement of two or more radial cords or rods, upon which are arranged metallic disks to slide freely on the said rods to and from the center by their own gravity as the hoop rotates."
